If anyone's been checking up on here you will have noticed that I haven't posted anything since day 0, which I recognise is really shitty. Sorry, guys. I've been so swamped by Uni work that unfortunately, although my Vegan challenge has been going full speed ahead (more details on that to follow) I haven't had the time to sit and write about everything that's been going on. And there's been quite a lot! But now my exams are finished, my assignments are finally complete and I can dust the cobwebs off this blog and get going again. So expect more posts to come!
